Customer service contact: If you are not satisfied with your service or your product, please reach out to us on the contact us form. You will typically receive a reply from us within 24-72 hours. * Return policy and process: Once a product is downloaded, it is not refundable. If your book or product was damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace the item(s) free of cost. Simply contact us using the contact form and send us proof of non-delivery or an image of damage during transit. * Refund and dispute policy: Refunds only apply to physical products. They do not apply for services and digital downloads.
